Booking

Every session is by appointment.

No drop-in slots and no queue for my attention — that's the point. Here's exactly what happens between reaching out and your first set.

How it works

Four steps, no runaround.

Reach out

Send a message with your goal and your rough availability. Email or the form — whichever you'd rather. I answer these myself.

We talk it through

A short conversation about what you're chasing, what your schedule allows, and which format actually fits. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too.

Assessment

Your first session. We look at how you move before we load anything, and you leave knowing what we're working on and why.

Lock in a time

Most people settle into a standing weekly slot. Consistency is the part that actually produces the result.

Your first session

Come ready to work.

The first one is an assessment and a conversation — but it is still a session. You'll train. You just won't be loaded up before I know how you move.

Bring: training clothes, clean training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. That's it — the rest is here.

Arrive: ten minutes early on your first visit so we can get you checked in at the front desk without eating into your hour.

Cancellations: 24 hours' notice. Life happens — just tell me and we'll move it.
