Before you ask
The usual questions.
What happens first?
A conversation and a movement assessment. I need to see how you move before I program anything — that first session tells us both what we're working on.
What do I bring?
Training clothes, clean training shoes, water, and a towel. Everything else is at the facility.
Cancelling?
24 hours' notice. Life happens — just tell me and we'll move the session rather than lose it.
